CPSU NSW gears up for Northcott bargaining

By now you should have received a Notice of Representational Rights from Northcott in relation to enterprise bargaining. As a member of the CPSU NSW, the union automatically represents you in bargaining.
Enterprise bargaining allows employees, their union and their employer to jointly negotiate pay and other employment arrangements.

The CPSU NSW strongly believes in member participation in all stages of the negotiating process. We鈥檒l be asking you to contribute your ideas and empowering you to make all the big decisions.
As a union, we know the people who do the job are best placed to bargain with their employer. Over the next few weeks we鈥檒l be asking you to get involved, educating you on the bargaining process, engaging broadly with staff and listening to you about the things that matter most.
This information will help us develop 鈥渁 log claims鈥 on behalf of CPSU NSW members.
To get things started, we鈥檒l be holding ZOOM meetings on 18 June.
