Courts and Tribunal Services: Are you doing the work of higher grades?

It has come to the PSA’s attention that members are completing work at higher grades, including training other staff members who are graded higher, without commensurate remuneration. It appears a number of roles may even require regrading or at the very least should attract a temporary assignment allowance.
Last week, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøflagged the matter with management at this quarter’s Joint Consultative Committee meeting. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøadvised it was in the process of gathering further information from members. As such if you are doing work which you believe is beyond your grade, please get in touch.
