During the Court Associates members’ meeting on Wednesday, 29 July 2020, the following queries were raised:
COVID – Special Leave
Under the NSW Government Circular C2020-01, if members are required to self-isolate they can either work from home or, if the Department is unable to set up working-from-home arrangements, they are to be put on Special Leave.

É«ÀÇÉçÇøJourney Insurance
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas taken out a journey insurance policy for all its financial members in the wake of the State Government’s slashing of workers compensation benefits in 2012. The PSA’s journey insurance policy can provide salary compensation with weekly injury benefits – 85 per cent of salary up to $2000 for up to 104 weeks if you are injured whilst actually engaged in direct travel to or from normal place of residence to or from your place of employment.
