No consultation about changes for Administrative and Stores Staff
On 3 July 2015, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwas advised by members that a Change Management Plan (also called a restructure) for Administrative and Stores Staff in Correctional Centres has been approved by the Commissioner.
We have not received any formal notification of this.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis concerned that this plan has been finalised without consultation with the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand affected staff, and has written to the Commissioner requesting an urgent meeting to discuss this matter.
We will provide further information about this very important issue as soon as it comes to hand.
What can you do?
