The Administration and Stores restructure continues to be implemented by the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice has provided the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwith scant information on how the roles were evaluated and grades assigned.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇønoted a discrepancy in the information between the evaluated score for the roles and the grades assigned.
Specifically, this occurred with Clerical Grade 1-2 roles being downgraded to Clerk General Scale 1-2.
Despite further requests from the É«ÀÇÉçÇøfor all the relevant documentation on how the roles were evaluated, the Department failed to provide the relevant information.
In response, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas requested an urgent relisting in the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC).
The request to the IRC to relist the matter was sent on Tuesday 26 July 2016.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøexpects it will be heard this week.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill update members of the Commission’s recommendations after the matter has been heard.
