Corporate Functions Review

As many of you would be aware, the Corporate Functions Review (CFR) has commenced in TfNSW. ÌýTfNSW will be undertaking the restructure by ‘function’. These functions include:
- Communications, Corporate Affairs and Marketing
- Governance, Assurance and Risk
- Internal Audit and Fraud & Corruption
- People
- Procurement
- Strategic Projects, Engagement & Transformation
- IT
- Sustainability & Environment
- Finance
- Legal
- Centre for Road, Maritime & Transport Safety
Placement Strategy
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøand TfNSW have been meeting to discuss the placement strategy for CFR. ÌýAfter the É«ÀÇÉçÇødisputed the Evolving Transport placement strategy, TfNSW has implemented a form of priority assessment in the CFR. TfNSW will consider all displaced applicants first at every stage of the placement strategy.
Consultation Meetings
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis invited to the consultation briefings and has attended those that have occurred in Office of the Secretary, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Communications Corporate Affairs and Marketing.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøMeetings
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be holding meetings over the coming week. As the review progress we will hold meetings for other areas.
These meetings will be a chance for the members to provide the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwith feedback on their proposed structures and ask any questions in relation to CFR.
