Consultation on Hybrid Working Model and Flexible Working Policy
The Office of the Children’s Guardian (OCG) opened a period of consultation on its ‘Hybrid Working ModelÂ’ and Flexible Working Policy.
The Public Service Association (PSA) has already received some feedback from members to include in its response and is seeking any additional comments.
We strongly encourage members to provide any and all feedback through the internal online feedback form. This can be found in the communications sent out on Wednesday 25Â March from the OCG People and Culture email.
