Consultation on Department of Communities and Justice Flex Agreement

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been provided with a Draft Flexible Working Hours Agreement 2024 for consultation and seeks your feedback. Please see the document HERE
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøand Delegates will be meeting with DCJ in the new year to discuss the draft flex agreement. This document is intended to consolidate flex time arrangements due to historical machinery of government changes.
While there is no implementation date agreed on as yet, the agreement will replace the other flexible working hours agreements that are currently in place.
For members in Child Protection, while Flexible Working Hours is included in the negotiations for your new Child Protection Award, this proposed Flex Agreement would apply until that Award is formally established.
