Community Corrections Workload Management dashboard

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received numerous calls and emails in relation to the new Community Corrections Workload Management dashboard. Whilst teething problems and technical issues are to be expected with any new system, critical lack of functionality is having a major impact upon Community Corrections staff, whose concerns include but are not limited to:
- an inability to obtain a snapshot of current and pending workloads
- the requirement to run manual processes to extract required data
- pressure on case management processes due to the impact of the new system which could result in overdue work
These concerns have been raised with the Community Corrections Executive and as a preliminary step, we will meet with Acting Assistant Commissioner Ellen McCarroll to discuss these concerns and learn what actions will be taken to address them.
