Coal Services Enterprise Bargaining Negotiations begin

Thank you all for attending the recent combined meetings held with Coals Services Bargaining Representatives followed by the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers meeting to discuss upcoming negotiations of the 2019 Coal Services Enterprise Bargaining Agreement that expires 30 June 2022 ().

As discussed at the meeting CPSU NSW/É«ÀÇÉçÇøRegional Organiser Ian Braithwaite requested that members review the current Agreement and determine what they would like to see changed, removed or improved in the new agreement being negotiated. Once you have reviewed the document please complete the survey ().

The survey will close at midday on the 8 February 2022 whereby the results of the survey will determine the Log of Claims (LOC) that the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill tabled at the first negotiations meeting held on the 9 February 2022.

Members will be requested and encouraged in the survey to either represent their Region, Classification or a particular claim they feel passionate about on behalf of the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇømembership please include your details as requested.

Please encourage any non-members to join the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇøas strength in numbers may be the determining factor for an agreement when voted on either be accepted or rejected based on recommendations of the CPSU/PSA.

There is no better time to join the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇøand ensure that your salary and conditions are protected and improved. New members of the CPSU/É«ÀÇÉçÇøshould contact Ian Braithwaite so they can complete the survey and have input into the process along with other members.
