Change management proposals: Investment NSW
Your union, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been notified of two significant change proposals within Investment NSW:
- Fostering Innovation Branch Proposed Realignment
- Industry and Investment Realignment
Staff were advised by Investment NSW Management of the Branch Realignment proposals on 16 February 2026, É«ÀÇÉçÇøofficers participated in the briefings on 16 and 17 February . We understand that affected staff have been provided copies of the relevant proposals.

- Proposed realignment announced
- Consultation period begins – FAQs and role descriptions will be shared
7 February 2026
- Consultation Period ends
Week comencing 2 March 2026
- Consider the feedback provided and finalise the structure
9 March – 22 March 2026
- Secretary approval of new structure
23 March 2026
- Branch briefing on consultation outcomes
- Implement approved changes with immediate effect.

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be holding a union meeting at 12.30 27 February 2026 to discuss members’ concerns and feedback to Investment NSW regarding these proposals.
