Bullying in the workplace is never acceptable

Recent allegations of bullying have highlighted the importance of a safe workplace for all workers, including those employed by NSW Members of Parliament and Ministers.
By joining the PSA, you will have someone to support you if you are mistreated by your employer at work.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøcovers all staff employed by NSW Members of Parliament. No matter what party a É«ÀÇÉçÇømember works for, they will receive their union’s support if they feel their employer has bullied them in the workplace.
Union membership is confidential. Your employer does not need to know you are a É«ÀÇÉçÇømember. The decision to join the É«ÀÇÉçÇøis yours and is not conditional on your employer’s political beliefs.
