BDM Joint Consultative Committee meetings
Your É«ÀÇÉçÇødelegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff meet with Births, Deaths and Marriages management on a quarterly basis, through the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC). The JCC is the key mechanism for members to have a say in how their workplace is run. During JCC meetings, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøformally raises workplace issues and progresses industrial issues on behalf of members.
Members are encouraged make delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff aware of BDM-wide industrial issues for the JCC meetings. All issues are raised anonymously. Members will be provided with a report-back soon after the JCC.
The BDM organisational change will be a standing item on the JCC. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis also meeting with management separately on an ongoing basis to discuss this.
