The Benevolent Society invite union feedback on disability services change plan

The CPSU NSW has received further information from The Benevolent Society (TBS) regarding mooted changes to their disability services operating model.
TBS has sought to assure us that it will 鈥渃onsult with impacted employees and the relevant Unions鈥 on the proposed Disability Services operating model and have invited our feedback.
To make sure your voice is heard, we鈥檇 like you to email us with your comments and feedback to and include Call Number 111132 in the subject line, by COB Friday 19 April 2019.
Additionally, our staff will be available to attend meetings and provide hands on advice during the week of 6 鈥 10 May 2019.
Remember, your conditions of employment are guaranteed until at least the 31 July 2019 and can only be varied with the approval of the Fair Work Commission.
