Australian Unity É«ÀÇÉçÇøseeks 2.5% award increase for Home Care Administrative staff

Following your transfer to Australian Unity, your union has continued the fight to maintain your conditions of employment and improve your salary.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis pursuing confirmation from Australian Unity that a recent 2.5 percent award increase in salaries will be paid to Home Care administrative staff.
The increase was recently awarded by the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.
It follows an agreement won by the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwith the NSW Government for employees covered by the Crown Employees (Home Care Service of NSW – Administrative Staff) Award 2012 to receive pay increases flowing from the Crown Employees (Public Sector – Salaries) Award.
The increase in salaries is due to be paid from the first full paid period on or after 1 July 2016.
