Are you a delegate or activist in your workplace? Do you struggle to handle members’ issues? You’re in luck because we’re here to help.
We have just added a session of our ‘Dealing with Member Issues’ course to be held on Thursday 25 July at É«ÀÇÉçÇøHouse in Sydney. This course is for delegates and activists who want to develop their ability to assist members with individual workplace issues. It is most suitable for delegates at a beginner or intermediate level of experience. The course will look at how to deal with individual issues by using the problem solving framework, and by developing advocacy skills.
Most É«ÀÇÉçÇøCPSU NSW members are entitled to take 12 days’ paid leave for trade union training. Your union offers a variety of courses for delegates, activists and members that are designed to enhance your skills and knowledge both within the union context and outside.
