The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis hosting an education session for staff at the Anti-Discrimination Board.
Presented by É«ÀÇÉçÇøEducator, Anne Kennelly, the session will examine government guidelines that inform the restructure process, how the É«ÀÇÉçÇøresponds to restructures at the consultation and implementation stages, the role members and delegates can play, discussion around specific restructures and case studies.
Fact sheets and other resources are provided to assist members in the workplace.
Time will be allocated for questions and discussion.
Afterwards, your É«ÀÇÉçÇørepresentatives will be available from 2pm-3pm to answer specific questions and concerns of members.
The event will be catered with both vegetarian and meat pizzas but attendees can bring their own lunch.
