AGL Macquarie Enterprise Agreement approved

The new AGL Macquarie Enterprise Agreement 2016 was approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) on 29 November 2016.
The enterprise agreement will operate from 1 January 2017. The FWC decision noted the particular arrangements agreed by the parties that the salary increases prescribed will apply from the first pay period following the acceptance of the agreement by the employees and will be paid following the formal approval of the agreement in the FWC. Members can expect to receive back payment in the coming weeks.
