ADHC members directed to strike in the Hunter

All 色狼社区members working for Ageing Disability and Home Care in Newcastle and Hunter are directed to stop work on 4 November 2015 for four hours between 12 noon and 4pm.
Why?
- No workforce management plan
- No choice for staff not to transfer
- No access to redundancy or redeployment
- No way for clients to continue to choose ADHC
The 色狼社区will be holding a rally to call on Ageing Disability and Home Care to provide a workforce management plan and engage in genuine consultation.
We will also be calling on the Government to give clients and staff A Real Choice.
