Your union has developed a survey on current Award discussions for É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers.
This survey is designed to capture what members support and don’t support in a new Award. Your responses will formulate the union’s bargaining position going forward. In answering the questions, consider the alternatives that have been provided.

Keep in mind that any new Award must be, in effect, cost-neutral. The alternatives may increase the cost of the new Award.
We strongly encourage all members to complete the survey, so please encourage your colleagues to do so.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis the exclusive representative of RFS employees and only É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers can have a say on how your union proceeds. We will fight for the Award that members want.
This survey is for É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers only and responses will be validated against members’ email addresses.
